So true! It's not really custom if it comes in the mail and you bolt it on! Although a little aftermarket support for our trucks would be nice!

I do not like the dana 30 , it was fine till I hit the mud hole . In my opinion I would go with the dana 44 and save your self the trouble . I had over 1000 into the dana 30's and the parts I thought would brake did fine but the carrier exploded . But the dana 44 , well I love that axle , and I love the wide stance it has now , and I went with a gm 14 bolt for the rear . Yes I blew the front and rear Dana 30 and 35 almost at the same time . With a stock engine you would be fine probably but if your going to spend the money get the good one , there prices are similar .

whats your build status? and how much lift are you looking for?
