Canyonlands national park maze district and white rim road
So made it to the Maze. Pretty awesome place. Some technical 4WD areas but the videos make it look easier than it seemed when we were out there. 8 days total between the the Maze and White Rim Road. 3 weeks total bombing around Utah with about 500 miles of dirt roads. Most of this is permit areas only so keeps it feeling remote. My buddies Yota tore a CV boot and that was the worst damage. The Blazer did well. I have a 2" lift and an Eaton Truetrac which only slipped some when way off camber. We were both overloaded on the way in with food-water-ice-beer-gas-etc. Coming out was easier which most of the photos show. There were some pretty gnarly ledges down at the Doll House so we walked in the last 1/4 mile as we weren't camping there. Pretty cool. I spent some time in Moab last year and I have to say, I love Utah. I've always wanted to do the White Rim Trail, but I haven't gotten around to it yet. One of these days...
