Lift Suggestions
Please be aware that lifting the back with a SOA swap and not doing something more radical than a t-bar crank on the front will result in a staggered look with the back end being 2-2.5" higher than the front. This will not make for an ideal ride...
You'll have to get drop brackets for the entire front suspension, pretty much... Might as well save up for a 6" lift and go that way...
No amount of t-bar cranking can make it match the SOA job.
Not to mention, with your t-bars cranked that much, you'll wear out your front end like no tomorrow, and ride like a lumber wagon

to get a 31 under the front end of an LS you are going to need ~5 inches of lift and some trimming depending on your offset.
I went with a 2 and 2 with 4inch offset and I Rub on the outside now. (The insides are now safe though!)
I am trimming it this weekend.
