tht blows!!! is it considered wreckless driving?

 

it really depends on what the cops out by you feel like calling it. in Chicago they consider it reckless driving. that doesnt stop people from doing it though. if your smart about it and know where to go you might be fine. but i dont condone it at all.

 

Gonna have to disagree with the anywhere part of that statement.
I worked at a catholic elementary school for 10+ years and used to hit the parking lot after it was empty and do doughnuts all the time and yes I had been ticketed more than once by an uninformed officer for this.
Went to court and told the judge exactly what I told the officer when I got the ticket, judge informed him there is no statute preventing me from doing doughnuts on privately owned land with the owners approval and chastised the officer for not knowing the laws he is employed to enforce (while I got a chuckle out of that I think it was a tad overkill to expect any peace officer to know each and every little referred to statute by memory)

 

i see what your saying. what i ment when i was saying that was just be carefull where you chose to do it. some pigs will be bigger dicks then other.
i do donuts down at the church parking lot about a block away from my house and the police station. just be careful where you chose to do donuts at.
btw did i mention donuts are fun!?!?! lol

 

Your practicing your driving techniques in a controlled environment. That way you will know how your vehicle reacts, should something happen out on the road.
