Default 98 bull bar on a 96???

so i found this bull bar on ebay but it says it fits a 98-04 s10/blazer.

http://cgi.ebay.com/Bull-Grill-Push-...item3a5865ef87

does that mean that it will also fit my 96? i mean as far as i know the only difference is the grill/headlights but it still has the same frame, right?

thanks in advance

It is the same frame, so if it mounts to the frame you shouldn't have an issue. The only thing I could see causing a problem is the shape of the bumper which changed from those years. I still don't think it sticks out that much further though. You shouldn't have any clearance issues.

Hunter guards probably looks the best IMO. Take a look around the forum..plenty of documentation on brush guards. theres even a 5% discount you can get on some if you look in the member buys board.
