I did the same thing with Herculiner. The only down side is that it holds dirt like crazy. And it fades pretty quick in the sun... What liner are you using?

+1 on the monstaliner! I was so impressed with rexs' build that I bought the kit and had it sitting in my shop when a friend stopped by and asked what it was, showed him rexs' truck pics and he paid me to do his s10. I got another kit coming for me, but I posted a thread on the job I did but check out rexmburns build!

Yea really like your truck rex looks awesome with the monstaliner, heard it was the best. I ended up gettin duplicolor bed armor from O'Reillys it was $75 on sale. It was real thin at first let it sit and stirred the h&*l out of it and worked good texture is tough and looks good have pics up tomorrow. Need to do door jams and front bumper too that will be done tomorrow.

Sorry to tell ya but I used that crap on my bumpers, prepped it to a T according to their directions, and a year later its flaking and peeling. Looked good for awhile.

I used the duplicolor spray on bed liner on the jimmy's bumpers (in the rattle can) and its still holding up perfectly, I only followed the directions for dry time, everything else I prepped as if I was painting the car... rust converter primer, self etching primer, a scuff sand with 220 sand paper and then 3 coats of bed liner.

Thanks rex, i used 80 grit sand paper and also had to patched some bad spots on the rear quarter, and driver fender. I brushed three coats of this stuff all the way around the truck, didn't like the roller it would fling paint and wasn't laying the coat down thick at all. All in all looks good but took longer to dry then i figured, i probably should of went with monstaliner instead, so if this doesn't last im definately changing brands. Thanks for the comments guys
