I know there are other threads abotu the removal of the roof rack and plugging the holes!! i reinstalled the bolts back i nplace and painted to match truck, but they seem to stick out like a sore thumb. does anybody have any suggestion or up close pics? Can i use set screws without them leaking? LMK thanks in advance!!

 

the holes the stock bolts go into actually stick out from the roof so if you want a clean/smooth look i would suggest to completely shave the roof by cuttung off the part of the hole that sticks up then weld some new metal in its place smooth it prime it then paint it and your set.
