Default Dash cluster LED's

As soon as I saw this, I said to myself I GOT to do this.

Blazer Forum - Chevy Blazer Forums - bobby099's Album: my 98 blazer work in progess - Picture

To do this, would I have any soldering to do, its a stock 99 blazer, if that matters.

Also, what size wedge lights am I looking for to do this??

And one more also, if I put LEDs in the dash, will they be extremely bright or?

The link in my sig gives you an idea, and doesn't involve any soldering.

The bulbs are soldered into the stock bulb sockets on a 99. You can buy sockets with replaceable bulbs or get the out f a 80s+ gm at a junkyard.

194 wedge bulbs. I suggest ordering them off ebay. I get 10 bulbs for under $5 normally from hong kong. Have been running them for over 3 years with no problem.

My white leds are a bit brighter but its a warmer bright and not a harsh bright like normal bulbs.
