driving lights

does anyone know how to make it so the blazers don't have driving lights?

You mean daytime running lights (DRL)?
To temporarily disable them, hit the dome over-ride button 3 times within 4 seconds and they'll be disabled until the next time you start the truck.

just pull the DRL fuse in the fuse panel

the pushing the dome override button thing does not work....i like the hammer idea

My '98 Blazer didn't work either. My 2000 and my current 2001 did. They are all "LT" trim line. They must of added something to the circuitry sometime in there.

nah....i just feel like it would look a lot better during the day if the lights were not on

When I bought my 97 the drl weren't on but then i realized the ebrake was set just a bit and the brake light(idiot light in the dash) was taken out.
