Filling ABS Plastic rear fender skirt

Default Filling ABS Plastic rear fender skirt
The previous owner de-badged my 99 LS 4dr. It has left three holes on each side at the bumper. these are in ABS Plastic so .... what is the best way of filling them?

I used the plastic epoxy when I filled mine. Not sure if it's right but it worked. Still needs paint though.
