So 2004 Chevy Blazer 2dr LS fell off a soft shoulder and onto side before I could correct it. I damaged the driver side door, fender and windshield with a dent behind the bat wing. The door opened and shut fine so I decided to replace afore mentioned parts. I just got the door on and it is just shy of closing. I took a better look at the top hinge connected to the frame and noticed that the hinge has been pushed in slightly.
Im sure it I tried to twist the door hinges by pushing the door up is a stupid thing to do? Can the hinge be pulled out or altered? What kind of misery am I looking at to cut off the hinge and set it right. My son is a master welder. Not sure he loves me enough to undergo a project like this for me... LMAO
Any crazy idea or workaround would be appreciated because if I am not able to correct the damage I will remove both doors fabricate Jeep style doors or even nets and cut the roof from the back glass out and turn it into something ready to cruise down the Daytona strip during spring break and bike week . So mad Max ideas are welcome to.
