me and my buddy re did my hole body. got ride of dents rust everything. took about 140 man hours. turned out pretty good. heres some pics

whats the best way to fix rust? like u do have to just replace the entire panel?

 

Makes me happy to see others trying to keep their 1st gens looking good and road worthy we are a dying breed lol.

Depends how bad the rust is I am in the process of doing this to my 94 (slow going due to money issues since i was recently laid off =x) was planning to just clean up my fenders and doors but after taking them off I found they were way worse off than they looked before i started so i ended up just replacing both fenders, both front doors and the tailgate (doors and tailgate are not on yet) the builds section of this forum has some pics of mine in process if your interested (also some advice on rust cleanup from a person or 2, also check paint,body,interior forum on this site there is a sticky there on rust repair). Although most of my current work is more detailed on our sister site Blazerforums.net in the builds section there. Just got my latest unexpected problem fixed today (the sheet metal where striker bolt is for my driver door fell out due to rust) rot cut out, new steel welded in and all fully adjustable again.

 

It is really a good work. I can also do this.
