I cant find many pics of blazers with the rims i have so i dont have a whole lot of reference but i want to paint my stock rims black but i wasnt sure i could do it with these rims seeing as how they are slotted and they have a texture to them

alright so litterbug has the same ones and his are painted so i see it can be done if anyone knows a good process that i can use to paint them i would love to do a two tone black out red in red lip

Yeah i read that one wasnt sure if the process would be the same for the textured aluminum rims i might have to do a bit more sanding but if it works on aluminum rims them im good

works the same

as I tipped on that thread, if you deflate your tires and pull them away from the rim you can get a cleaner edge

clean, sand, clean, mask, primer, paint, clear, party time.

eyy brian what brand of paint do you have on your rims I like that really dark flat you got goin on.

Krylon flat black. also used a flat clear coat and primer.

I hear caliper paint works good too.
