So as we all know the center console in the first gen s10 blazer is #$#$. I do know you can mount a 2nd gen console in the blazer but to me that was not good enough since most of the consoles I found was trashed. So while messing around on the internet I found police consoles. D&R, Jotto, etc. But we all of the fun and features. Since mine is a 93 s10 blazer. They don't have a factory fit anymore. Just wanting the members to chime in with if they one and how it looks. Perhaps with some pictures. From what I could tell there is a base mount that hooks up to the seats. Via the seat bolted to the floor. Then you mount the console on that. This gives you choice of moving the console back and forth. You probably ask what would I put in it. Probably a cb radio ro two if not a scanner or cb radio. Choices are endless. Then again so is the price.

So the console I was looking at was backwards. Well not for between the seats. But even so when I corrected for that I found a issue. Most consoles are 8-9" wides. The first gen console is 7.1/2 wide. I figured I might be able to push the seats apart a little farther. To get the 8" but now the problem I have is I want a arm rest and the consoles that hold the radio seems to be more like 8.1/2 and bigger. After tons of research I did find a 6" wide console but it was not for radios and they wanted $160.00 for it. This was a plan console and I don't think it was worth that much. So if you guys have after market center console and let me know on measurements. That would be great. Maybe some pictures.
