Default Road rash

So at the bottom of my door frame I am getting quite the road rash...I was thinking of using a spray rock guard to protect the rocker pannel...does anyone recomend a product that I could use? I am looking to do this this weekend so any help would be great.

Sure, Wal-mart even sells it in a spray can and it works pretty good for the rocker panel.

Good luck!
