Ebay. Found it under Jeep/H3 tire cover. Was something like $60 + ship but I love the glossy plastic.

It does make for a clean look on a clean truck.

Even if you get just a normal black one, you can always get a graphics shop to print a logo on the cover. They do it with snowmobile seats all the time and it's the identical process.
