Default Very dim dash lights

Anyone have any suggestions on how to brighten dash lights on a 1985 blazer? They're extremely dim, and almost impossible to see at night.

You likely have some bulbs out. You will have to remove the dash bezel and then remove the cluster. You can then remove the bulb retainers out of the back of the cluster and replace the bulbs.

I just recently refurbished the dash in my '74, but did not take any pictures... I also polished up the clear lens over all of the gauges with a plastic headlight restoration kit. That made a WORLD of difference since the lens was all yellowed to begin with.

Awesome, thanks a ton. I'll take a look at the bulbs when she gets out of the shop

Also, where could I find a replacement bulb? Is it something I'd have to get off the internet, or is it just a universal bulb I could find in a hardware store.

I believe it'll be a 194, but remove a bulb and head to your nearest autoparts store. They will have the bulbs necessary.
