are there any videos or writeups of someone with a tuned pcm?

i want to buy one and most liley will but i dont know enough about it other than the sites disclaimer

I'm curious to know how people like it after having it for a while .. wondering how's the mpg now for city and highway in comparison to stock ecu, how's the power? I know we don't own sports cars but I'm still curious about horsepower gains

ive tried to YouTube videos to see how the PCM was before and after install but never found any videos, u got anything u can share with me?

I'm curious as to actual gains of a tune also. If I can find a job soon I may just buy a seperate tuned PCM and do a before and after dyno run for the community.
