i had a shop build my valve body for 300.00. my truck now chirps the tires 1st to 2nd and shifts very firm going into all gear and even firmer when down shifting. that plus a hypertech tune and it would break your neck... not really sure if thats what your looking for but my tranny feels very strong now... i also have a vette servo for 2nd and 4th... the quicker the shift the less slippage on the internals and the less HEAT! 99% of failures are caused buy heat. as the fluid heats up it lubes less... so i added a cooler and so should everybody
