looks sexy dude.. cant wait to hear it with the flowmaster but watch on the bigger pipes cause i hear that these engines need a certain amount of backpressure and the bigger pipes can cause an issue...

Not true.

well not true that it will cause problems with the engine. But you might lose a little low end power if you have little to no back pressure (or atleast my friend did when he cut his exhaust off on his blazer) And it will sound like crap if your pipes are to big.

my intake pipes are 3.5in ,same size as the k&n kit,spectre is 4in i believe,so i should be fine. i have better low-mid range response with my setup

oh and from my vid u can hear it sounds nice and throaty,and thats with my windows completely up

oh wait did u mean bigger pipes as in the exhaust piping?? i believe factory is 2.25 correct? i just plan on going up to a 2.5in piping.. nothing major but should give it a lil better sound and a lil less back pressure for better flow

Yeah i think thats what he meant. But 2.5" will be just fine, i didnt read your build thread so idk if you are planning on going all the way back to the headers with that pipe. If so then 2.5" will be fine. But if you are just doing cat back then i suggest going to 3" pipe. thats what i did and it sounds amazing.

pretty much from just the cat going back,mybe the cat to the header to idk,cali emmissions are a bitiach or else i would straight pipe it
