I put a flowmaster on mine as well as getting rid of the air box and put a cone K&N filter on it. Also put some platinum plugs in. Could feel difference in power also seems to get better gas mileage. This is a cheap way to get some more power and worked well for me.
Yeah i am not looking to go crazy and spend all that money i talked about in the start of this thread. I so far after posting this thread have added a warm air intake that was supposed to be for a pontiac sunfire (a cheap intake off ebay) so i bought that and made some mods to make that fit as well as slightly ported throttle body and removed egr plate on the throttle blade. So back to my point i am thinking of scraping the aluminum tubing that i do have on the blazer now and adding a custom PVC pipe air intake system and a real K&N filter. After this i will port and polish the throttle body and the mass air flow sensor. Once all this is done i think i will do a normal tune up with a little extra you know changing EVERY fluid with higher performance fluids. In the tune up I will change the plugs and wires with higher performance and better quality ones as well. After all this is done i can replace all filters (trans, oil) and make a custom exhaust with a performance muffler i have laying around that is not in use (muffler is for a BMW or something Made by ANSA)
Just go out and get yourself a Volant cold air intake and slap the Dynomax muffler. It will be plently loud trust me.
Also, Wynjammer has a fairly inexpensive supercharger for the 4.3L. You would have to do some minor internal work if you want the engine to last, as well as probably a shift kit to keep the rear end a little more precise.
I've seen these trucks eat v8 mustangs on the strip with not much more than this.

they wont hurt anything but youll be replacing them MUCH sooner than a ac delco platinum, in my experience anything bosch in these trucks plan to be doing again within 3-4 months
Plenty to read about concerning Bosch plugs, O2 sensors, etc on here. IMO, I would not use them if given to me. I cannot stand doing the same job again in a short period of time due to either crappy quality, gimmick products, or misapplication (universal O2S...).
