Truck started to overheat on a 15 min drive, so I had to go and get a rad today. 50$ from the upull... grabbed a tensioner pulley while I was there... so far so go, rad was basicly new out of an s10.
gonna do a flush and oil change once I get back for the nascar race this weekend.
^^^^old^^^^
^^^^ new to me^^^^
Had the stabalizer link bracket on the control arm break off... had to remove the sway bar for now... also scored another Camaro rim, so swapped out my spare. Now I got a set of 5 matching rims for both summers and winters...
Went to the u pull today. Was looking for a control arm, came out without one. But I got flares and aluminum skid plates, for less then 100$. Ran into a fellow blazer owner, sounded like he had a 2door r
zr2. He grabbed a centerlink, and an air box for a snorkel project.
Nice haul! I got a full set of carbon fiber skids. I tried to put the oil pan cover on and realized my blazer didn't have the rear connection pieces for it. Made another trip and got them.
I always check out the flares, but most are too rusty to remove. Looking forward to seeing I how you customize them to fit the back.

Reason: Added picture of Skid Plate Bracket mounts
Did some work on the fender flares. Got the front driver side mocked and trimmed... now to figure out brackets, and thinking about a little spray foam behind them to add some double sided tape above the lip.
Stock flare mounts and side lip
Trimmed
Mocked into position.
