Its not stick on i didnt like the carpet and i have a theme on the inside of blue and black so i found that stuff at a fabric store and put it on i just didnt know that they faded in the sunlight, i have plans to do them over again with something else i just dont know what and i think i did pretty damm good for my first try at it :-P

Rule usually is that they wont put a tire on over 4"s wider than the rim. Most stock blazer's are 7" wide rims. Thats what mine are, and they put 11.5" wide tires on mine with no problems. They could fit a wider tire on but its just not as safe. I dont think you will find a shop tht will put a wider tire on if its over 4" wider then the rim. But the tire demensions you listed there will fit a stock rim.
