Default 4x4 posi-lok problem

So we installed the posi-lok on the truck noted in my sig.

Problem we're having is that it slips into and out of 4wheel when it's in 2-wheel and the posi-lok is disengaged.

Could this be because the actuator housing nut is too loose/too tight ??

(I posted this last night, but it seems to have disappeared)
