4x4 Question
Hey Folks,
I'm new to this forum, in fact I'm new to owning a 4x4. I have a 1993 S-10 Tahoe Blazer and I'm not sure if the 4x4 is working right. The indicator lights don't light up when I put it into 4 wheel and just the other day I was hung up in some snow (actually more ice than snow)and when I put it into 4hi it acted like the front wheels weren't grabbing, my back tires were spinning but not the front ones. Later my buddy and I tried it out on a snow covered hill in both 2 wheel and 4hi and it felt as though the front wheels were grabbing in 4hi. Is there some way I can find out for sure that it is actually engaging in 4x4 without having to put it up on a rack? Thanks for reading this and I hope I don't sound to much like an idiot.
