Ok....I am new to all of this...but here is my issue. I have been having a problem when i hit a bump in the road, my right front tire goes out of control. It feels like i got a flat tire/the tire is going to fall off. and it won't stop until i stop the car. it is pretty intense, and gotten to the point to where i can't drive the car far for fear of it happening.
I have an 83 k5 blazer
here is what i have replaced/done
replaced right side ball joints
checked right side wheel bearings, they looked ok
replaced front end shocks
replaced right tie rod
tightened up bolts on steering linkage
my truck has a 6 inch suspension lift and a 3 inch body lift
leaf springs in front and back
any suggestions on what to do next???!?!

Even play on the left end of the tie rod can allow the right wheel to go nuts. Check everything for play by having someone wiggle the steering wheel in the truck while you feel the joints with your hands. I can often feel play more than I can see it.

An 83, check your control arm bushings while your under there. put them on an old 84 van and it drove like a new machine.

Ballance your tires. If you got big bias ply tires that are older chances are they are flat spotted. Get them ballanced put the worse 2 in the back, make sure everything on the front end is tight, get a dual shock steering stabilizer if you got over 35 inch tires. I had the same problem and that's what fixed mine

i was gonna say that too abig84, balance tires and steering stabilizer. they save lives.....my 39s shake like crazy if my stabilizer isnt attached.

i did the dual shock stabilizer first. it doesnt necessarily fix the problem but it does a good job masking it. the shake was still there but it was drivable. i ended up putting like 2lbs of weights on each one of the front wheels and they still werent perfect but they didnt shake until i got til like 65 and i never took it that fast
