Unhappy 94 4x4 suspention knocking

Please help the new guy from Wis. Every time I turn to the left I hear a hard knock from under the under my truck. sometimes even when I just ride on a rough road. It dose not do this when turning right. any ideas.

Check your tranny crossmember mounts. What you're stating sounds similar to how my truck was sounding when I made left turns or rode on bumpy roads.
