Default Bad Front Hubs?

I'm getting some left to right play when I have my Blazer jacked up. Im not getting any up to down play. If the hubs are bad would it be play in both directions? It's doing it on both sides.

If not hubs what could it be? Tie rods were replaced about 2 years ago and they seem fine.

Vehicle is a 2000 Blazer 4x4

Either pitman or idler arm. Look deeper inside

Thanks for the reply

I replaced the idler when I did the tie rods. I do have a pitman arm for it but just never got it on. Sounds like its time to put it on and then get an alignment that is also needed

Will put the pitman arm on first before do anything else. Hopefully the play goes away. It just feels like the play is in the hubs though

Edit: nut on pitman arm is 1 5/16"??

Default Pitman Arm Puller

What puller is everyone using to remove the pitman arm from the steering box? On my last Blazer I rented the one from AutoZone but thought it was a POS. If remember correctly couldn't use a impact gun with it? Thought maybe I would just buy one if they don't cost to much.

This one is a little cheesy, but as long as the arm isn't seized too badly to the shaft, it will pull it off. AutoCraft Pitman Arm Puller AC567/W142: Advance Auto Parts

Replacing the pitman arm on 4WD vehicles requires removing the gear box from the vehicle.
Be sure to level the center link after installing the gear box.

I got the pitman arm on the other day and it got rid of the left to right play that I had. Took it in for inspection today and it passed. Going to get a wheel alignment next week.

I ended up buying one of those pitman pullers from advance. Had to order some other stuff so with the online discount it only cost me $12.00. It did work but at first it didn't go on because the part the goes under the pitman was to thick.
