Ball joints help!
Pull the wheel off and take a look at them. If you are comfortable doing basic mechanics then you should be able to figure it out pretty easily.
A big floor jack will make things alot easier.
Also - don't buy el cheapo replacement ball joints... I like MOOG brand myself.

yea you will be able to tell if the ball joints are shot when you take a look at them. you may have to use a little force to get the knuckle off. everything else is easy

What makes it a pain in the **** is that from factory the balljoints are riveted in.
getting to the top rivets on the upper BJ is not bad but in order to access the bottom bj and its rivets is to remove the knuckle and half shaft..
