Default Clicking/Popping Noise

I have a 93 S10 Blazer....I am hearing a clicking/popping kind of noise on the driver side. This only seems to happen when I hit bumps. I am wondering if its my shocks or what....The shock brackets look okay and everything is tight so I am not sure what is making this noise but I hear it every time I drive. Please help if anyone has an idea what this might be or if you have any suggestions on tests I can do. Thank you!

Smile Control arm

I have the same thing on my 93 . I replaced the shocks, ball joints and tie rods. When I was pulling the top ball joint I saw the control arm move. The rubber bushing was shot. I replace it and noise is gone. It seems you can replace the bushings or the whole control arm , about $60. from Rockauto. It comes with the top ball joint.
