Unhappy DIAGNOSIS HELP PLEASE!!! 4WD '97 Blazer

I have a '97 Blazer, LS, AT, 4WD. I know I have a right front axle seal leak. I am ex periencing a grumbling growl type sound at all speeds and sound increases as vehicle speed increases. When I turn wheel to the right the sound goes away. When I bring wheel back to center or left the sound returns. So my question is my wheel hub bearing assy toast? If so which side? Or is the front axle seal leakage the problem. I am an electrician and mechanically inclined but when it comes to diagnosing vehicle problems I am at a loss. I can and have had done lots of work on my vehicles, but only after the problem has been properly diagnosed.
