In the past I would only look for union made, then i settled for made in USA, NOW who knows where it's made?????????......I've been surprised to find "made in china"....stamped on a good old USA product.........now I'm not surprised at all!!!........so....

Has anyone tried these shocks???.......how do i know they aren't made by bilstein in china??........for crying out loud!!

I just want a grandpa ride.......probably will never get to rough anymore....

thanks Red.....I've been searching .........[about warn out]......I did a lot of research when i needed shocks for my motorhome and settled on kyb.........they have performed very well under the 454.....bounder......

I think i've decided on 344042 KYB Excel-G GM S-Series........
my next question.......why the red????......maybe Red Sled did it ;-)

oh well.........i never have ordered from rockauto or shockwarehouse.......they both are the same price for a set of 4..........$104

Ive ordered alot from RA. RA is the ****!!!!

 

I ordered shocks yesterday.........and got an email from fed ex saying they will be here tomorrow......we'll see......maybe one of ra's suppliers is in Denver???

I got the kyb ra shocks next day, they came out of denver, [ 130 miles from me] just finished the job, they seem to be just the ride that i wanted.......time will tell...

I could play the old bilstien shocks like an accordion..............
