i always wondered that on my fullsize blazers, i usually do them about after every 3 offroad trips cause they get full of water.
but yeah on s10s they are sealed units. if they run out of grease throw them away..... technically you can kinda bust the backs open (ive done it removing them) and pack it but good luck getting it back together
