Default Going from non-high rider to high rider axels?

Hi guys!

So I have to replace my drive side cv axle and I was just wondering how much of a ride height difference is there between a standard 2000 4wd blazer and the ones with the "high rider" or ZR2 option. Can I change my axles on my standard blazer and it still function properly or is it risky? Thanks!!

The ZR2 sits about 3 inches higher and about 4 inches wider than the stock Blazers. They also have different mounting points on the frame and a different frame. Pretty sure you can not swap the CV axles.

Dont believe its high rider, think its higher WIDER. and yes it wont make you truck higher, it will just look funny because your tires will be wider

Like AJBert said, the CV axles are not compatible between the ZR2 and regular Blazers.
