Help!!!! My back axle looks like it shifted

Default Help!!!! My back axle looks like it shifted
Help my 99 4.3 ls 4wd back passenger tire looks like it a good inch or so in further than left side I just had it aligned new leaf springs torsion bar mounts whole new front end im about fed up with this thing when u hit a bump the whole thing shutters

Do you have any pictures? Maybe post some pictures taken underneath the vehicle, where the leaf springs mount to the axle?
