Knock sensor problem with body lift
Ok don't yell at me if I posted in the wrong section.
So I put a body lift on my Jimmy and now the steering shaft rubs on and broke off the connection of the drivers side knock sensor. I looked online and saw that there is a shorter connector plug for the knock sensor but when I ordered it (both online and from an autoparts store) I still just get the one with the normal connector so it will just break off again... I don't know where I can find one that actually has the shorter connector or if there is another way to prevent the connector from being broken. Any ideas would be appreciated.

No idea is that would help you out as I have not heard of your problem but you could look into a a jeep Grand Cherokee intermediate steering shaft swap. Here Tight and responsive steering: Another How-To! YAY. No pics but seems fairly simple.
