Default Mounting rear shocks without a lift ???

Going to be replacing factory rear shocks with Gabriel HiJackers on my 1999 Blazer LT 4WD. I am wondering if I could do this without a lift?
I have a jack and stands. Is this something that can be done without a professional lift?

Thank you in advance for your experiences and/or opinions.

yup, take the old ones off,and sometimes the new ones are a tad too long. you can use your floor jack to compress them enough to get the bolts to go through.
