RE: one wheel sticks out?!
there are no spacers on it. i measured the distance between the rotor surface and the outer edge of the rim and they are the same.

I just went out and took some measurements. The Passenger front sits at 28" high and sticks 2 5/8" out. The Drivers front sits 28 1/4 high and 1 1/8 out. The Passenger rear sits at 31" high and 1 3/8" out. The Drivers rear sits at 31" high and 1 3/8" out. The could have swore that the rear was sitting offset the other day, maybe the leaf spring bushings are worn.? But the front has a 1 1/2" more on the passenger than on the drivers side.
I also measured between the frame and the body and it is at 6 1/2" on both sides right behind the front body mount.

the driver side needs to go down a 1/4 and that should match up the both sides for height and width as far as sticking out if you can get that adjusted then have an alignment done that should also tell you were your at for all aspects when you go to get an alignment check to see if they have the new rack they have out it has honeycomb like plates that relay info back to the computer to tell you were you sit that will tell you what needs to happen after

I've had an alignment done. There is only a couple of shops around here that say they can do my truck. Most of them say there machine won't latch onto my rims since they have no lip on the outside. The shop that I had do it still does it the old fashioned way with string and a tape measure. All of the shops said they can't track it properly since I have different sized tires on the front and back.
