Default Passenger side front tire wearing bad

Hi i have a 03 blazer, just had ball joints put in on top and bottom on both sides of vehicle last fall. I just noticed that my passenger front tire is wearing on the outside of the tire. My steering wheel appears to be straight when the tires are straight, and it does not pull to one way while driving. Could this be from ball joints or something else? Is it common to have to get an alignment after bal joits are replaced?

Thanks in advance for any replies.
