Default Popping or Click Noise

I own a 1998 Chevy Blaze LS 4WD, I am getting a popping on the driver side under floor board when I turn steering to the left before putting into reverse to park. Before this noise the blazer speed is below around 7-5 m/hr the turn degree is about 60. What could be causing this problem? the Upper and lower ball joint, control arms brushing and sway bar links has been change out.
