Default Problem removing passenger side hub

So im in the process of replacing my ball joints after being in a car accident and im trying to get my passenger side hub off but i can barely get it to budge (yes, hub nut is off along with the 3 other bolts). I can get it to move about a 1/8th of an inch and that's it even with a big hub puller and breaker bar. It just becomes almost impossible to spin the puller bolt and im afraid i might break something.

Im going to guess it got damaged in the accident because that tire took a pretty good impact. So I'm lost and don't know what to try next. Ive been soaking it in pb blaster so hopefully that helps. So am i just being too gentle with it? Maybe ill just get the puller as tight as i can then use a big rubber hammer to persuade the hub out of the housing.

Any ideas are greatly appreciated.

I did the same job the other day. A can of liquid wrench and a hammer worked fine for me. do you plan on replacing the hub too?

Yeah make sure you get that washer off. Also, what I usually do if the hub is hanging on the axle, is I put the axle nut on flush with the end of the stub, and then get a bfh and smack the daylight out of it. Usually does the trick.

Make not flush with stem and then i put a 2x4 on it and smack the crap outta it.
Also try some pb blaster between hub and spindle face...that is a problem area to. Once off i use a thin layer of antisieze between hub and spindle...makes life easier down the road.

Yeah i got the washer off as well. But yeah im pretty sure its hanging up on the shaft. It comes away from the knuckle but not the shaft. Ill try my 5 pound maul and a 2x4 real quick and see if that works.
