Default Rear end maintenance

Hey guys, i'll be swapping out the lea spring and bearing soon,

which oil is best for the rear diff and G80 limited slip ?
whats the quantity of the oil + limited slip addictive ?
will OEM or OE Replacement shock take the extra 2.5" lift from shackles ?
should i change the u-bolt at the same time ?
how hard is it to replace a broken stud ?

anything else i should be looking for when im underneath there ?

Thanks

Best oil is 75w90 AC Delco synthetic, that is what GM recommends
3L will be enough to fill it and no additive required with the Delco fluid
OEM shocks wil handle a lift shackle for ON road use only
Normally if you loosen a u-bolt you replace it, but they can be re-used from time to time
Broken Stud? You mean wheel stud? Knock it out with a hammer and draw the new one in with a stack of washers and a wheel nut

There is 1 bearing on the end of each axle tube behind your axle seal, then there is 2 bearings on the differential carrier, and 2 more bearings on the pinion gear, all bearings are pressed on and off, and remember if your changing more then the outer axle bearings then you are supposed to re shim the rear end for proper clearances
