Well no back luck with mine. If you do decide to install them start soaking the bolts now with PB. Hardest part is getting old ones off.

Sounds like a good idea. Found some on eBay for a 2" lift.
BTW Did you do the swap? I was thinking it'd be easy enough for my 2 jack stands and a floor jack. I have pretty much all basic hand tools.
Thanks

If the bolts will come out of the bushings then it's an easy driveway swap. Like TMM217 said, the hardest part is getting the bolts out.

Thanks!
So just use the floor jack on the rear diff to lift things then put the jack stands under the axle housing one for each side of the diff?
Or underneath the shock absorbers?
Thx for the help!

No, you want to put the jack stands on the frame to remove any tension on the axle and leaf springs. Otherwise, you'll never get the bolts out even if the bushings are good.

Thanks!!! I'm sure the bushings are good. They make no noise. Could I use the old bushings on the new 2" lift shackles? Or do new shackles come with new bushings?

If you don't destroy the old bushings, and they're in decent shape you can reuse them. The bushings are in the springs, not on the shackles.

Just swapped mine out. Def soak bolts on shackles top and bottom. It was a coupke hrs. Some tight spots hand tools are ideal in spots. Air gun (vibration) will help loosen accesible ones
