I have a 99 blazer 2 door 4WD. I just repaced the idler arm on it and I think I screwed something else because now as I go over bumps the truck sways in the steering. At some points I feel like I am going to loose control, it is especially worse at higher speeds. It never did this before I replaced it. What did I do wrong or what can I look for to correct this problem?
Thanks Jeff

Seems if that were the case then new cars would sway all over the place, wouldn't they.

i have the same problem. i had a mechanic replace the left ball joint and the idler arm about a year ago. since then, every time i go over a bump or wave in the road the whole car has a twisting motion and i had better be alert or i will lose control. it didn't do this at all before the repair and had a wonderful ride. The mechanic shop didn't own up to anything and i have had it in 5 different places and they just align it and give it back with no affect. What can be wrong with it? i want to keep it another year or so but am ready to give in.
