sagging on driv side

Default sagging on driv side

My 98 blazer is sagging on the driver side...how do I fix it...what is the issue with my truck...please help!!!

If your truck is 4wd, it could be a weak torsion bar, but check to see if you have any adjustment left in the adjustment bolt located at the back of the torsion bar.
