Default stuck locking hub assembly HELP!

Ok so I'm replacing the rotors calipers and pads on the front axle of my 89 K5. Passenger side went smoothly took me like 30mins to do. Driver side not so much! The 2 pins on top for the tension ring (if thats what you call it) that holds the hub in when you squeeze them together the hub is suppose to just side out which it did very easy on the passenger side well the driver side wont move the slightest bit. I've heated it, beat it, twist, tugged and nothing is working its stuck in there good. My guess is its seized up in there. I took the spring off thinking i could maybe get a better grip but no. How can i get it out. I dont know what else to try.

youre pinching those two prongs together when you are pulling it?. i wonder if they are bending or full of mud or something and not causing it to retract in the groove all the way. one thing i always do is thread back in two of the screws and pull on those while pinching that snap ring together to try and get a better grip on it

if you do get those things out, next step would be to throw them in the garbage and get a set of manual hubs that way you dont run into this again. i hate autohubs nothing but headache

Yea im pinching them together and nothing. I dont think its bending or mud because the hub doesnt move the slightest bit on the passenger side there was a small amount of play like you could wiggle the whole hub a slight amount which is why i think the hub is seized up in there. Ive tried the screw thing an still nothing.

I hate the auto hubs too I was planning on swapping them with manual soon anyway.
