Default Three leaf springs + overload = rough ride

I finally got my blazer of the pavement the other day and it reminded me of my old 76 short bed 4x4 pickup.......rides like a lumber wagon.......my 76 blazer rode better.....

I never really paid attention to the rear springs, but that seems like a lot of iron back there for this little machine.........especially when it has never had a hitch on it...........

Was it ordered this way.......or are they all this way

2001 blazer LS

.........Is the rpo code for suspension a zq number??.....I have a zq6 and a zq3.......[the zq6 could be zq8]......kinda hard to read.....

ZQ3 = sales package, Driver convenience package II, power door locks and windows and electric remote heated mirrors with dual folding feature.

ZQ6 = sales package, Driver convenience package III, electronic speed control and tilt steering.

GM heritage center listed many other options, cargo net, lighted visor mirrors, overhead console with compass outside temp and dual front seat reading lamps, two auxiliary power outlets, leather wrapped steering wheel. However they didn't specify which package those were included.

ZQ8 = sport chassis, I couldn't find any record of it being offered on a 4 door blazer.
