Default Tie Rod Replacement

I was getting an alignment done at my school and I noticed that my driver side tie rod ball joint had failed. So, I have to replace both the outer driver tie rod and outer passenger side tie rod as a standard procedure.

My question is should I replace the both inner (the joints closest the center of the truck) and outer (the joints closest the wheels) tie rods or will I be fine just the replacing outer tie rods?

(note: the suspension control arm ball joints were replaced about a year ago)

your that far into i would change them all just measure the current length and get to new tie rods and make them the same length then go get a alignment
