Default Torsion bar adjustment?

I have a 2000 blazer LS 4x4. I the truck leans to the driver's side ( or is lower on this side.) I was told it was the torsion bars. Is there a way to adjust them DIY? Or do I have to take it in to get it brought back to level?

Thanks

Really depends on how bad the lean is. A lean is typically a worn out torsion bar. If someone has already tightened the driver side torsion bar up all the way, then you are likely looking at replacing the bar.
