Default torsion bar problems.....

so on my 2001 4wd 4dr blazer i needed a t-bar for the left side and i found a pair at a salvage yard on a s10 truck non zr2 w/ around 90k on the truck for $60.... got them put in along with rough country upper control arms to do a 1.5" t-bar crank... my problem is i have had to completely take out the torsion key bolt to get it down to 34" at the fender lip... i used the keys that came with the blazer but i got the ones off the s10 truck w/ the t-bars... should i have used the ones that match the t-bars? also what is the stock heighth at the fender lip if anyone knows...

all info is appreiciated!!!

Did you put the tbars on the wrong sides. There is a difference between the two. As far as stock height i cant help you as my fender lips are just under 45in.
